You will run day-to-day operations, make sure projects are delivered on time and in scope, build and manage partners, and keep healthy margins.

Key responsibilities
• Run the company’s operations: weekly check-ins, KPIs, and reporting
• Lead company operations across delivery, finance operations, and admin
• Build and manage the partner network, service levels, and vendor agreements
• Oversee project management standards, resource planning, risk, and change control
• Review and control customer contracts, renewals, and profitability
• Improve processes, tools, and automation to deliver faster and with higher quality
• Align budgets, forecasts, and hiring plans with growth targets
• Report performance, blockers, and variances to leadership in a clear way
• Develop managers and build a culture of ownership and accountability
Requirements Knowledge & experience
• 10+ years in operations leadership (COO, Head of Operations, or similar role)
• Background in cybersecurity or SaaS is a plus
• Strong partner management and commercial negotiation experience
• Experience in PMO / delivery governance and vendor management
• Strong financial control experience (budgeting, margin, forecasting)
Education and background
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
• MBA or equivalent is a plus
• Familiar with compliance-driven services such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, etc.
• Experience working in UAE and MENA markets is preferred
