Chief Operating Officer

We are hiring an Operations Coordinator at FemtoSec

FemtoSec is expanding, and we are looking for a coordinator to support our growing operations across client engagements, compliance, sales, and marketing.

Role Overview

The role works directly with the COO and covers four key areas:

• Client operations and customer requirements

• Compliance operations and documentation across ISO and other frameworks

• Sales operations, quotations, and contracts

• Marketing execution and content calendar follow-up

Note: The role also represents FemtoSec at industry events and customer visits when required.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field

• 1 to 3 years of experience in operations or client coordination

• Strong written English and proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Organised, self-managed, and reliable in a remote working setup
